Shipping Policy

All shipped items will be mailed with Australia Post from Melbourne.

Shipping Australia wide is at a flat rate cost or can be made available for free local pick up at The Make it Collective store in Northcote (during business hours).

Expected postage timeframes are from 2 to 7 days within Australia, however this may be longer for regional or interstate postage. If you have made a custom or made to order request, please expect timeframes to be longer to include manufacturing time.

Please also note, in the interest of reducing our environmental impact, we reuse packing materials including cardboard boxes, tissue paper, packing fill and bubble wrap. Shipping costs are subsidised accordingly for the use of upcycled materials.

We cover the cost of carbon offset for the use of any non-biodegradable materials and travel required for delivery, based on the estimated annual shipping.

Return Policy

Please contact alittlecoy directly within 30 days of purchase should you wish to return an item.

If there are any issues with your order we will do our best to resolve them with you. Please note, due to the nature of our products, we cannot provide returns unless the product is damaged or faulty.

Please also note, although we source materials that are hardy and flexible, items are made with clay and fabrics, which will require some care. The better they are kept, the longer they will last.
